I've been on and off on the twin turbo subject. On one hand, I say "yea, im going TT" but on the other, it's a lot of money, and much more maintanence compared to NA.

However, if someone comes out with a cheap and effective system... I'm going to just say "Fack it, I'm doing it". lol.

Few more pics:

Laser-cut flanges:

The good news is that if everything goes as planned it looks like we will REALLY be able to keep the cost down further than what we had planned So far so good!
Jigs are done for the exhaust and we are working on the intercooler tubing now

Price is important, but not enough to sacrifice quality. There are turbos that are more expensive that I personally would rather have in this kit, but the price makes them too prohibitive IMO. That being said, I still wanted to use a Garrett or MHI-built turbo as we have used both for almost a decade now and they are EXTREMELY reliable. With all the China-bay stuff out there it is important to still use quality components

Our flanges are laser-cut here in Columbus. All the fabrication is done here inside our 4 walls with US-made 304ss and US-made aluminum. We have the ability to buy our raw materials from overseas to save money but we have chosen not to. We build all our oil and fuel lines in-house and source only the best US-made fittings and hose to build them from. And of course there is nobody better than Tial (Also made in USA) for BOV's and WG's

Quality comes first here with a close eye on how it effects price

why ask him to do a single turbo kit while he is already in the process of completing his twin turbo kit panda..... ps. twin turbo is more reliable and a better setup than a single turbo, hence why most factories use TWIN TURBO builds

It's not that we couldn't do a single, but in very low-boost applications a single set-up is typically less responsive (As a generalization).

That being said, if there was interest and somebody wanted us to build a single-kit on their car we certainly could

This single-turbo car didn't turn out too bad:
