I've got the same setup and love it... Halo's only on during the day... as it should be...

Can you turn the DRLs on and off with the headlights turned on?

Contact Jeffrey at fieldgoal00@cox.net as he has several different harnesses that enable a variety of functions. I have the basic wired harness that enables me to run the DRLs with my Halos and/or headlights at the same time. If you want to control the DRLs separately, then you'll need one of the harnesses that has an extension for a switch to enable the function. Check the thread below and it describes the different harnesses he makes and has links to his upcoming group buys. Hope this helps.

I have a brand new set of Plasma bulbs in Amber if anyone wants them for $75.00 for the pair plus shipping.

I accidently purchased two sets instead of 2 bulbs.

The wireless harness is nice because you can make any combination of on or off, but I worry about long term reliability. It's one more thing that can go wrong with the car.

Is it true when you turn your nighttime running lights on (first notch) the DRL get brighter when you have the adapter that keeps the DRL on all the time installed? By defualt without a harness, the DRL run dim normally even with the LED installed.

I honestly couldn't say one way or the other as I installed the lights and the harness at the same time.
