Update

Afte doing some tricks I got rears on. I had them as best as I could at 90 degree as possible. I had less clatter than before. I placed some rubber grommets on and the noise was gone. The grommet fit perfect over the endlink bolt and didnt hamper any movement at all. All it did was stop the head from a total free movment to cause a clatter type motion.

Drove and drove no noise what so ever. I am happy with them as now I got rid of the factory endlink.

As for the front I just placed the grommets on and no issue with noise. I am a happy camper now.

****UPDATE****

I received the update ennlinks from BMR o Tuesday and I did not have time to change them out until today... All I can say is THEY WORK...

THANK YOU BMR FOR CORRECTING THE ISSUE AND MAKING IT RIGHT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!

The noise I had is totally gone and the vehicle is back to being quite again.... Anyone that has any doubt about BMR parts...DON'T... Their products are great and they stand behind what they sell. It takes a good companny to make good parts, but it take a GREAT company to admit they need to redesign a part and replace the ones with concerns at no charge to teh customer. .

I will keep everyone informed if anything changes, but I think they got it right this time.

I think I was the first guy who complained about the noise from the 1st gen endlinks. BMR quickly redesigned them and sent me a set. They are totally awesome and BMR ensures you are happy with the product you buy. If you arent they will work to make sure that you are. BMR is #1 in my book.

Glad yours got resolved as well and as long as BMR stands behind their products like the way they did with my endlinks then I am a long time customer of BMR!!

Too bad it took a C5 member to alert the community about this and not BMR! Just saying!

I can agree with what you are saying... I am just glad they stepped up and redesigned them so they are quite though. Standing behind their product goes a long way with me.

I agree with you. We thought we had replaced all of the bad apples but since we sell through various distributors we were not able to track them properly and some of them slipped through the cracks apparently.

I am glad everybody's issue has been resolved and apologize for the inconvenience.

It wasn't just that they were noisy, mine cracked as I installed them. I may have been the first one to report this to BMR. After a few PMs and phone calls, this quality issue was discovered.

BMR did work to resolve it for me and after a few weeks I had the updated rod ends for the BMR end links.

The only problem was I needed them well before that so my wife was nice enough to purchase other end links for my birthday.

So, if anyone wants a front (red)/rear set of BMR end links with the updated rod ends and new bolts/nuts, let me know.

Doesn't seem to be limited to BMR; I'm having the same grinding chatter noise at slow speeds with Hotchkis endlinks.
