Custom Quad Diffusers

So a month ago I decided to take a dremel tool to my rear diffuser to open enough room to fit Quad exhaust. I opted to not go the expensive route of plastic welding and decided to just have a wack at it this way. It turned out great. And tomorrow I am shipping another diffuser to a member in NC "LexLueger" If anyone would like this done let me know. I charged Lex $100 shipped and would be willing to do this again if anyone would like one. PM for details if you would like to know more. Here are a couple pictures of what I am talking about.

That looks awesome, great job. I wanted (still do) to do something similar with the GFX diffuser and eliminate the square tip but haven't found the right tips for the space.

is there any disadvantage to having the diffusers cut this way rather than have it molded like the way 2SS has his? Or is it purely looks-based? Thanks!

So those are not welded at all? They are just double tip slip on?

mine are welded. because i got the Gibson axle back exhaust which isnt made for dual tips. but i think everybody thats got the quad tip has had to get them welded on. due to the car/exhaust has been made for one tip
