Less than $6k

Yes, it will come complete with full instructions so that a DIY'er can install it in his garage if he chooses.

That part I can't control but I am pretty sure Steve will be OK with running the car a few times to see what kind of times it will be capable of

Less than 5 minutes from Polaris Mall on Green Meadows Dr. The exact address is on the website:

Yes, a Twin-turbo kit will most certainly "Void" your warranty on engine/drivetrain but most dealerships still have no issue covering most anything else.
