Ok sounds good! I'll take a shake in the morning and after I workout. Should I also do different muscle groups everyday like arms one day, legs another, or work all my muscles a little every day?

I'm getting P90X DVDs by next week along with rest of the equipment than I can get started!! Can't wait to bring it!

Already got the P90x, just got started with the lean program. Done Cardio and Core Synergistic already. I'm going to keep going until the 90 days is here! Can't wait to see the result!

Hell no I dont cook so I was not about to learn simply to follow the book, here is my diet

Mon-Fri
Morning: yogurt and 2 fruits
Lunch: Salad with grilled chicken ( mcdonalds or jack in box )
Dinner: peanuts/mixed nuts and another fruit
All day: water water water and oh yea water !!!!

Weekends
Whatever I want to eat !! but I keep the portions low, so if I get a burger ill be sure to get angus and ill ask for no mayo and ill throw one of the buns away and just eat it with one bun and of course my SMALL fries and SMALL drink

Thats amazing!

I just started into day 2 hopefully I can gain some weight.

I did the program for 4 weeks and got nice results, but i went on a hiatus for about 3 weeks, and gained about 5 pounds back. I'm about to start doing it 3 times a week. I dont like things changing my lifestyle drastically. I'm 5'10" and 165lbs. I'm decently muscular, so I think i'm just going to do the muscle exercises 3 times a week. I HATE the cardio DVD's!

NO WAY !!! you really hate the cardio dvd's ? those are the most fun ! running around and jumping around, and the jokes always crack me up even though ive heard them over and over lol "grab on to a stool or a chair or you're uncle ....man thats a short uncle" hahahaha cheesy but funny still

The jokes are funny! At first I though it was kinda dumb and I used to get bored, but now I can't miss a day without doing P90x! Tony Horton is pretty funny.

Brother you should REST forget the stretching, you do enough of that every day before and after each workout, reward yourself with a day off otherwise it becomes a pain in the ass, i only do it on weekdays, weekends i take time off working out since those are my days off work I want to enjoy them with my Camaro
