First concert was Van Halen 1984 tour.

Best concert was U2 when they filmed Rattle and Hum. 2 shows, back to back nights. $6 or $7 a ticket to fill Sun Devil stadium.

ZZTop was pretty good too.

Rush best over all live and too many great live performances over the years to call Have been a fan since seeing them play in 9th grade on the first tour date in the US with Uriah Heep in the Pittsburgh Civic Arena 1974 Dang getting old.

Most memorable live performance a tossup. Getting a ticket for $10 to see some new band from CA Van Halen 1979 Pittsburgh Stanley Theater Who is this new guitarist? Eruption heard live for 1st time WOW!

Ozzy Diary of a Madman Tour '82 Civic Arena with a hot girlfriend on my shoulders front row smashed against the barrier. She gets hit with raw liver thrown by dwarfs in Monk Outfits while the late great Randy Rhoads is wowing the crowd.

Only wish to have see Alice Cooper in the "old days" LOL

Alice in Chains Starland Ballroom a year or 2 before they even decided to make the album. Nothing like getting to see your favorite band who you never thought would do another live show play for 2+ hours.

Rush coming to Nashville. Anyone going? We might, can't decide. Not as crazy about this album & they plan to play it in it's entirety. What do you guys think? They are great live though.

Joe Satriani - I've seen him 3 times, always FABULOUS!
But he's a soloist, not really a "band". Hmmmmm.... too many others to decide...

Ruby, I love Rush I have seen them live they put on a good show. Neil Peart is probably one of the best live drummers I have ever seen.

Haven't been to too many shows, but the best one was bela fleck and the flecktones! They really had a great live performance, and him and victor Wooten do some crazy stuff with the banjo and bass that I never imagined! I saw them in '95 at a free concert at point state park. One of the best parts, after the show they stayed until every fan had gotten a chance to talk to them and get an autograph. My friends and I wanted to buy t shirts, and their manager was being a jerk and saying they werent selling shirts at this show. The band basically told the manager tough, these guys are fans and you WILL sell them t shirts
