not that old but out dated fellow needs help
A little back ground for you the last time i bought a stereo was in 2000 and when i asked the kid at visions for a deck with the knobs for volume and tuning the radio he laughed out loud for at lest 2 minutes. For the last 5 days i have been reading all of the metra posts here and all of the ddin post here and i am still confused about what i want. some of the limgo is over my head but what i want is a deck that i can plug my ipod touch in to and sinc my phone with blue tooth video out for future tv in back and a back up camera. nav is not needed but ok if it has it brand is not a big issue but quality is important. as far as price under 1000.00 would be best. also i would like the usb plug for my ipod to be in the back so i can run the cord hidden into the center consol.
thanks in advace for all of the replys desiel |

Take a look at the Pioneer 3200BT and 3300BT, they do everything you want and only cost around 300.00.
There is also the Kenwood DDX616 - if you can find one (Amazon has them I think) it has a knob, bluetooth, Ipod, Iphone, etc... There are quite a few out there... Pioneer, Kenwood, Clarion, Alpine all have what your looking for. Places like sonicelectronix.com, woofersetc.com, crutchfield.com and Amazon.com are good places to get idea's

When a person replaces the stock head unit with an aftermarket, can you still access the menu items for configuration and so forth? Will you lose the factory functions the stock head unit has?
