Thanks Bro, we are very happy with Pumpkin's smile. Pumpkin was out in the driveway yesterday in the sunshine after we pulled it out of the booth for viewing. It really looked stunning, simple and clean. I am a very lucky fellow to have Ken as a Bud. He considers Pumpkin his hobby. Although there is more in store in the future (painted rally stripes), that's it for now I think, but were still contimplating the rear defusser.

As far as the birthday party, my Bud Raymond's wife's birthday. Just going over there now for a glass of Chocolate Mint Deadfrog ale before we leave for the hockey game. Go Bruins Go.

Not long now before Pumpkin make's a C5 F appearence.

While were finally done, got over to Stradle Craft this afternoon to put the hood back on Pumpkin. Just a quick trip to the dealers to order a few fasteners that I want to replace. No matter how you slice it, some fasteners are only made to go one way and just not the same once they are removed. No big deal.

A big thanks to Ken for all the work he has done on Pumpkin this winter.

Weather looks favourable today. Once the sun is out and the roads are dry, it will be time to install updated Vararam and take Pumpkin out on the road to learn new CAI.

Well I didn't quite get all the 140km ECM learn in yet. Seemed to go pretty smooth so far. Might not need all those KM's being that I am just updating from the original Vararam to the updated one. Changed out the MAF sensor a while ago to the good one, so the ECM had that part learned already. But will stay the course, 40 more KM till WOT test run.

Will be running VP M5 (alcohol) as far as the injector size I don't know, not my deptpartment. I'll find out though. Going south for a parts pick up this morning twenty pistons and 2 cams. We have to change the bullets over from a screw blower set up to a TT set up. Sounds like we will debut it in Vegas the same weekend as C5F II. Boss not happy that I won't be there for the debut, but they can get a long for one weekend without me. Then were running two weeks later in Vegas at Super Chevy.

Got started on the detail work and fluids check. Departure date is closing in. Hoping for a dry day next week for one more trip to the hoist for last minute checks.

Thanks Bud! Looking forward to the road trip, only five more days of work to go. The plate was a Xmas present from my better half Colleen. Should be no mistaking Pumpkin with that plate.

Bro, The amount of effort put into this car is amazing.. I know it's been a labor of love, but wow, I wish I had the time and place, and most importantly the skills to do all of the things you've managed... I can't wait to see this car in less than two weeks...

Thanks Bro, but I have said all along I have a lot of good friends who have stepped up to the plate this winter on the Pumpkin Project. They all have just about as much passion for Pumpkin as I do and without there help the journey would have been a lot longer.

I am blown away with the amount of views that Pumpkin has garnered through the build this winter. Don't want to dissapoint. Only four more days to work, I can't wait to get on the road, and mostly just to get to Phoenix to see freinds from last year, as well as new ones this year.
