My car is leaving for the Fest TOMORROW at 5 P.M..!!!

Alignment is done.

Car is detailed. It's beautiful! nice and shiny again..

I will squeeze in an oil change tomorrow.

There are still some loose ends, but it is raining, so I can't get it out of the trailer. Hey.. at least it's not snowing.

I'm going to pack the car with the parts I still have to put on it, and continue my build in the West...

I just returned from Lingenfelter today and I am left with the feeling that I am in the wrong business!! I need to find some way to work for Lingenfelter Performance Engineering. They are a Great group of people and they all LOVE their jobs, I envy them

I drove there last night from Northern VA to drop my car of for a LPE650 upgrade. Due to the C5Fest I will have to wait a few extra weeks for my build to start but I am looking forward to driving that beast back home half way across America.

Jeff and the crew answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable about investing into their craft. I just wish I could go to C5Fest to see what they are bring to the table and I WANT to see that black camaro run in real life. Those videos just don't do it justice I think, and what about that Torque pressure shift thingy... That is some serious technology in that transmission. I was doing my best to keep up with their 500lb. brains up there

Congrats on the jump, and Welcome to the Brother/Sisterhood!!!
If you have read much of this thread you see we are a happy family! LPE builds a car that not only runs like a beast, but will stay refined and last a long time. As time goes on it seems we hear of more and more S/C engines that have blown up while ours just keep going.
IF you can swing it sneak over to the Fest, it should be the largest gathering of LPE Camaros ever!

thank you all,

I have read Every single post in this thread, been following it for over a year and its the reason I started to save up for the build. In fact I spent so many hours reading all your posts that I am almost as happy to be able to put: Beware of the LPE Brotherhoodin my signature line as I am to drive the beast home.

itsorange, It took LPE a little while to start on almost everyone's cars.

Once they start, it's full steam ahead! Hang in there, it's fun going through the "process", and adding/changing things to your build.

What are you doing besides the 650 kit?
Anything done to your car before it went to LPE? just curious.

Post some Pictures when you have some.

You will love it as much as we all do when you get it back!
