Codes Out The Yang-Yang

Started my 1ss m6 this morning and the CEL was on. Onstar told me I had 5 or 6 codes, dont remember all of them,. Well one was low voltage to fuel pump, one was low voltage to the Ist gear to 2nd gear lock out, and one was reverse lockout voltage. Oh also lean fuel. The only mod I have is an intake. I checked it and it was a little loose and hanging down maby 1/2 inch from normal in the front. Checked all wires , conections could find nothing. My car was hard to get into reverse gear. It just took more effort , no grinding or anything like that. So im heading for the dealer tomorrow. Does anyone think I should take my intake off? I dont want to because I have nothing to hide from anyone. No way a simple intake mod could do this and I dont see how anyone could say it did. Right?

Sounds like electrical issues to me. I wouldn't worry about the CAI.

I'd put your stock intake back on just to avoid any possible B.S. from the dealer. Depending on what you have it should take what....30-45 minutes TOPS?

Going to stock would also keep a new or incompetent tech from either IMMEDIATELY blaming the intake or not being able to find anything and THEN saying "must be your intake".

I'm NOT bashing dealership service departments, but unfortunately there are some incompetent GM techs and/or service reps/managers that are clueless tools.

CAI should have nothing to do with it. Sounds like a bad battery or regulatot.

Sounds like your system voltage got low for some reason, cai would not have any effect.i don't knorr if these cars have a power distribution module but thats where I would look. Take it to the dealer.

You can get dianostics by pushing the blue botton on the mirror. I think I will put the stock intake on to avoid any probs. Its all of 15 min work. Ill be interested to see what did all so suddenly. My dealer is 40 miles. I could take it 5 miles to a dealer but since its so new I think I want to take it where I bought the car
. Thanks for getting back.

In the shop as we speak. The guy told me all the probs were due to one blown fuse. When they replaced the fuse it would blow again .They gave me a car and sent me home. They are looking for a dead short.I was waiting about 1 1/2 hours, not to bad. So we ll see how it goes.
