Yes, it mounts directly to the throttle body. There are two sets of thumbscrews on the filter housing - one set to seal the top and bottom together around the filter and another set to secure the piece that extends down in front of the radiator or the "scoop".

Install is easy. Getting the stock box out took longer on my car the first time.

i think a group was made in the eariler, anyone can join but vararam chooses who in itor even if there is a group buy

There's been lots of talk about a group buy, and people who were interested posted their names. Unfortunately, as far as I know, there hasn't been any official announcement about it yet:(

Personally, I'd like to wait 'til a few people get this installed and can give their opinions on performance, install, etc.
