Yes, it mounts directly to the throttle body. There are two sets of thumbscrews on the filter housing - one set to seal the top and bottom together around the filter and another set to secure the piece that extends down in front of the radiator or the "scoop".

 i think a group was made in the eariler , anyone can join but vararam chooses who in it or even if there is a group buy
