OK..!!! I officially went off the clock at work, as I just finished my last meeting with Boston EMS.

6 AM flight out of Boston tomorrow - Arrive in PHX at 9:15 AM.

One more night..

and then it's time to do some bonding with my hotrod..

All I can say is.. LOOKOUT PHOENIX.. HERE WE COME!!!

Man I am jelous! I still have about 4 hours of office work, pack and load the rig, test fit the new wheels, and my rig is in the shop with some computer glitch in the generator.

Lost the whole day today getting my stupid infusion, but hey I am good to go for another month!

Come hell or high water I will be there Thursday afternoon!

Hmm.. Paul has an RPM trans - the same one that came with the car - just re-worked.

A lot of us are M6 cars.. but not all of us. There are some automatics as well.

LPE re-does all of the calibrations and shift points for the Tranny's and makes it behave, just like you would want it to. I remember Paul being in tranny heaven after he received his car back right after the 650 package was done to his car, many months ago.

The stock trans for both the auto's and std's have held up pretty well. No one has broken a trans, other than the Black 1400+ HP black LPE drag car that I am aware of.

Yup.. it's always a little hectic before the long road trip. It'll come together.

If the Gennie decides it doesn't want to work, options would be to rent one at the track, or I can throw an extension cord out the window of my hotel room to give you shore power.. LOL Might be tough parking that 80' long beauty in the parking lot with all the Hot Camaro's everywhere, though.

Man, I can't wait to check out your motor coach, and the re-done car! The car is still clean, isn't it? LOL

I know the feeling. I used to average 250,000+ miles on an airplane, 150+ days in a marriott hotel each year for 15+ years straight. Flew around the world to every country and most major cities except Africa, the middle east, and Antarctica.

The places I've seen, the people I've met..

My director at the last company I worked at lived 10 miles from my house. We would meet in London, Sydney, San Jose CA, Santiago Chile, Bejing, pretty much everywhere but the home turf. LOL
