This car will be out the door by Mar 27th and could be out here 11 days later to West Coast.

Scott was correct... constraint means different actions vs "stop"

I am not sure what the T is for but the PW is Production Week. that is probably a estimated week the car will be built.
Say it isn't so !
So many people are going to have nothing to bitch about now.

I'd still like to see a US LS/LT order get pulled. It's been said MANY times that Canada beats to its own drummer.

This is true. MY order was pulled by hand at the zone level. My Work Bench was only entered Jan 25th.

They may have made the West Coast cars early as Vancouver is not in the snow belt. Is this good news for Florida? Look to see if early V6 in USA show up there 1st.

But it does verify V6 AND V8 are being built at the same time.

Your dealer has to look it up for you. They can check status on what used to be Dealerworld but is now GMGlobalConnect. They should know what to do.

To believe him about what??....that they're building V6's & V8's....like we didn't already know that. Or, that they want us "collectively" behind the wheels of our cars ASAP....just exactly what does that mean? Oh, but only additional dealer V6's are constrained. So, how many U.S. V6's have moved beyond 1100? NONE!

And then there's his definitive answer to the ABL....they won't do it if they can't do it right. Now there's some detailed info. for all of us to digest.

Sorry, I'm just a whole lot disappointed right now.

People jumped on me for sticking to the idea that LS/LT customer orders would be pushed (for the most part) behind the one-car-per-dealer cars but from all accounts, thats exactly what is happening; at least in the US. Surely not every first order in the country was a SS.

Fbodfather told us they would do ABL right or not at all and only on the doors is not "right" by most peoples' definitions. And he posted that in response to a question about it being on the doors only so one could surmise that he would agree with it not being "right" only on the doors.

Not as much as if you were waiting on a V6

I swear man, I think Ambiguity must be annual training at GM. I thought my interpretation of his remark about the V6 constraint would not be accepted by most, so I said nothing, but I just couldn't hold it in any longer. Glad someone else is a bit more practical, if that's even the right word.
Not that any of this changes anything. The lighting is done half-assed, but right, and the V6's appear constrained for everyone.

Yea. They can be very clear and honest when they want to be but sometimes spin and abiguity are the name of the game. And then they wonder why we "misinterpret" what was said....
