Is that too redneck?

There's a great Lynyrd Skynyrd song, "Red White and Blue".
"My hair's turing white, my neck's always been red, my collar's still blue...."

If you haven't heard it yet, it's worth listening to. Their video is even better!!!
the backs my favorite part of the GFX

I notice that over on CZ28.com they're saying the GFX are NOT painted. That it wouldn't require priming them to have them painted body color.

We need some official word on this.

Oh, thanks. And what do you call that part on the back of the car, where it's black on the upper bumper thing near and around the headlights? Can you order that?

I ordered the GFX with a yellow 2SS/RS. The dealer said they could be color matched to the car for $600.

I really like the way the GFX enhance the rear end and the exhaust. I kind of like having something that distinguishes my car from most others.

I'm sure I'll get the chance to see it in person on someone elses car before mine is pulled for production. If I don't like it can always change my mind when they pull my order.

I plan to add dealer installed GFX, unless the black concept it out at turn of year. Problem is I want to stay at 35K on 2SS/RS.

I think the base price for the 2SS is like $34,500 or something close. Add in tax, tags, delivery, etc. and you're already over $35K.

I ordered mine with most options and its over $40K

That's over $2800 for the GFX. I love the way they look, but wow, that's a lot.

hold on!!!! when i was at the edmonton car show
i was talking to the GM rep. and he said that the
ground effects could be painted to any colour possible,
as long as the dealership you are getting your ground effects
at had their own body shop!

The best way to go about this is to hang around the body shop at a dealership and find out which guys do work on the side at home.
Is that price of 2K correct on the GFX??? That is insane!!!
