I never said aluminum. "Cast aluminum" is totally different. The manufacturing process is different with cast aluminum vs aftermarket aluminum wheels.

LOL.... I've seen some horrible fender roll jobs... People have used baseball bats, torches, rubber mallets.... Do it right! avoid the headache or damage...

Does anyone have pictures of the stock inner fenders? I looked at this at the Chicago auto show and it seemed like the gains from fender rolling were goin to be quite minimal. The lip doesn't come straight in as with most other cars.

FYI, the rear quarter panels have NO flange. It is essentially hemmed over.

The front fenders are already rolled to 45 degrees.

Good deal.

Since the rear is IRS, the rear wheels will move up and down in an arc, so that's something else to take into consideration when fitting FAT MEAT to the edge.

At the stock power levels, 315's should barely be adequate. Even 315's will be easily overpowered much above stock levels.
