You can muscle the box towards the back and pull it I think (as the trunk gets continuously wider), haven't tried it though. Hope it will go back enough to get to the lever.

You can jump the post in the engine bay then open the trunk with the remote.

Those are nice custom systems, but very few people are going to spend the thousands it takes to put one of those together or part with their car long enough to have one done. I decided long ago that I didn't want anything to do with fiberglass. It's hazardous and I don't want risk my health using the stuff. All of those examples render the trunk useless and that's not our goal with what we are trying to do, which is to keep things practical so the majority of our customers can use them.

You can't throw stuff in there on those amps and that vinyl will get scratched up real easy.

Steve - do you guys do the vinyl boxes for dual 10's? Your website just list dual 12's. Thanks, love look of the box. Any special CAMARO5 deal for one of these boxes and a 5G-X3 harness?....

well, i didn't mean that you have to make it EXACTLY as those subs.. i meant that make it to look like that.. without the vinyls and the amps. just 2 subs with open space in between so that there is access from the back seat to the trunk

Steve, I just finished installing my ******** Sub box and harness in my Camaro, all I can say is that the quality, fit and finish and ease of install is nothing short of incredible. Thank you for providing a great product, keep up the fine workmanship at a reasonable price. Anyone thinking about adding a sub, and want to have a high quality piece, that fits like a glove order from ********. The sound quality of the factory BA system is much better without having the factory speakers handling the bulk of the bass.
