hey i know than some of you might know this but hawaii 5 O's cop car is a RS camaro!!!!! here are some photos. i just thought it was a shocker. i kind of just started watching the show lol.

yeah i was watching it last night and went heyy thats a camaro! its hard to see but it has police lights in the grill.

CBS is getting it right - a Challenger on NCIS Los Angeles, a Camaro on Hawaii 5-O... What show do you think they'll throw a Shelby into??

I've been watching the show since it started. It is probably one reason I bought my RS in January. There are two very interesting observations you'll make if you watch it a while:
ALL the good guys drive Chevys. ALL the bad guys drive Fords. The closest a good guy has come to driving a Ford is when the new McGarrett drove hid dad's old Mercury (looked like the car from the original Five-O). Of course it broke down. Of course the lead cops are in the Camaro, but other good guys are in Tahoes, Malibus, Impalas, etc. Bad guys are in Mustangs, Explorers. Not that it takes a rocket scientist to figure it out on the show, but you know everyone's character once you see their car. |

I love Hawaii 5-0. However, it's almost like a Chevrolet commercial. I remember one of the first episodes showed Linda Park drive up in a new Cruze right in the middle of a bunch of carnage from something that had just blown up. Then the camera pulls back to reveal the scene and dead off in the middle is the bowtie on the front of the Cruze. The Chevrolets always seem to be front and center in almost all the shots.
Yeah, I noticed the bad guys drive Fords. LOL!

Sounds like both of you are saying the RS is a V6. It isn't, it's an appearance package. The RS package gives you the halo lights, darker tail lights, etc. It has nothig to do with the engine. |
