Hot Rod Magazine '79 Camaro Z28 w/ E-Rod Crate LS3
I saw somebody ask about an LS3 in a 2nd gen in a thread a few days ago and couldn't find it again. Here's a pretty cool project from Hot Rod Magazine. The June issue on stands now has a detailed write up.

Very nice!!!! I can't believe the original 350 only put out 170 HP. Good ol emissions.....

I have the 2nd gen pro-touring bug really bad right now. There are so many cool parts coming out right now I don't think I am going to be able to resist much longer.
