Why do companys bash each other - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

My lastest Mod is long tube headers, be doing reserch and getting peoples opitions on different options.

talked to performace shops and different places to buy the tubes and also lowering springs.. I heard alot of bashing and also had alot of emails saying that company sucks and one even put down Camaro 5 website...

I dont get it, dont mind you telling me what will work and what will not work, but to bash other companys or brands I do not get..

That was a total turn off.. I told them I was not going to do buy from them..

It was a good thing that you told them , but you also should have said to them on their face that what you were looking for was the info about their stuff , and then if they also have bashed the others you then will [in my opinion ] have said that you are going to the other places and the main reason for it , oh yeah right there and then .

well if your buying something from a competitor of course they're going to tell you this comp sucks and the opposite sucks buy our stuff instead

What for? Just ordered an axle-back exhaust from them and they were helpful good so far.

Well we live in a free market, free markets have competition, competitors take money from other companies in the same market, you have money, they want it to go to them and not someone else.

Most are lazy. It takes 1 conversation to bash someone. It takes far longer to prove you are better.

Probably due to past issues a few years ago but I can say that they have been the best shop I have dealt with so far. And I have bought very little from them in terms of value since people drop serious money on some of their packages. But they have been really informative and helpful even shipped me a part that was missing for one of their intakes that I bought off someone from Ebay for my SS. They did not even charge me for the part or the shipping so for me that says allot.
