Based upon Zone Manager and Dealer cooperation, there will be a May Launch event for the 2010 Camaro. Dealers will be picking up the V-6 Showroom Camaros, some SS V-8's also....I just put order request for Camaro Car Covers...Chevy zone Manager wants to Cover up Camaros..More to follow...

My dealer just mentioned the launch day to me this morning. Not any details, just that Chevy is going to launch a large ad campaign and local dealer incentives to lure people in to purchase the Camaro.

I would much rather have someone DRIVING the dealership car, instead of having a PARTY in it.....but that's just me - oh yes, we will unload it!

It does not make good business sense to hold preordered cars until a "Launch day". It is better to have the cars sold and out on the streets and invite the new owners to the dealer for the big show. Nothing sells a car better than a happy owner at the dealership.
