I haven't posted for awhile, been waiting for the weather in MN to get nice enough to get the car out of storage and start some mods. Here are some pic's of the first few mods. I had my local painter put gloss black stripes on the hood and trunk; I put on SLP gloss black wheels; added SGM splash guards to help keep paint chips to a minimum; and put on a heritage grill with 1st gen era "SS". I removed the rear gold bowtie and plan to install "CAMARO" across the back, but have not done it yet because the temp needs to be 70 before installing the "CAMARO". Next mod will be muffler delete to get her to sound right. So far nothing changed under the hood. Been watching the posts about RX catch can. Will add that and new CAI. I will post more pic's when I add "CAMARO" acroos the rear.
Steve.

Very nice Steve - love the wheels. Car is really looking good,
thanks for sharing

Just went over 5K on my baby today. Also changed the oil and filter.

How is it going Becky. I sure miss you. Maybe I will order a ZL1 so we can keep in touch. Keep up the great work.

Looks very good. UPS just delivered my CAI, Inc cold air induction system (in black) today. I will be installing it this week and will post a couple pics after. I see you plugged the breather hole on your intake tube. Is that because of the RX Can?
Thanks.
Steve.

I installed my CAI, Inc cold air intake today. I also installed my front plate. I already know the Police in MN will and do stop everyone without a front plate. I did not drill any holes, I used toggle bolts and snaked them through the lower grill. Here are some pic's of both.

Hi folks! Just got back home from Grapevine, Texas! It was a whirlwind trip and as it turned out I had literally ZERO time to do any real fun stuff! I was sequestered most of the time in meetings. The hotel was awesome and I am glad I didnt have to pay for it out of my own pocket! WOW! The good news is I was up in my room when the news flashed across about Osama getting to meet his virgins. I went downstairs and bought an ice cream sundae and watched the coverage. At about the same time I got an email that had a photo of Osama's new headstone. (Below)

I will be posting up some more photos soon on the Birth of Orange Krate thread. Come on by and drop a line.

All of the new mods on this thread are looking good! You all have a great cars and superlative taste! Enjoy the weekend ahead!

Yes I did plug the breather hole on both ends because of the RX breather not the Can.
