Yeah, this thread was started last June 10th. Almost a year ago. But the car? - the project started over 2 years ago.

Thanks guys. I apologize that is has taken so long :( but we really are just about there.

Received a few texts from the NRE team last night - pretty funny...

"Sounds WAY better than it did in the dyno room"

"Sounds unbelievable. Like a huge cube Ferrari on steriods"

"It's bad ass"

"It tried to lurch off the frame stands..."

It is the weekend so everyone is taking some time off but we should have a couple of videos early next week.

Also we'll probably use the stock tires for the initial road tuning since they will be toast after the first hour or less.

So much for tire warranties...

Went to bed two hours ago, woke up thirsty, and had to check the forum.

The SST LIVES !

They got the new computer and coils put it today and it fired right up. They said it sounds like a Pro-Stocker when you rev it up. The only thing left is a small glitch with the tranny controller and it will be hitting the streets for some road tuning... The only trick now is I don't know when I can get back out there.

So some kinda cool news for the SST.
