Hey Peggy, the Trailside is just down the road (on 322) from the square in Blue Ball, so it's along the route there for everybody. You can also meet at my house to go there. Hopefully, my sister and her husband will have their Camaro back by then, and go along with us.

Randy wants to meet at Trailside on 322. That is OK with me. We can pick a place to meet on 625, maybe that church on the left at the bottom of the long hill and intersection. Peggy is also meeting there.

OK, I've updated the first post with BOTH dates. We will be doing Cars and Coffee 8 and 8.5 this month!

We can get a meet at Starbucks, then drive out and meet up with the Lancaster area guys and gals first, then roll to the show. That way we can all roll in together.

chevyguy, try to pick a meet spot out your way, so I can get a map together. Also, let us know the best time to try and be there.

Alex, are you thinking of doing the 30 W route? That would be the most direct way. You do have somewhat of a bottleneck on 30 east near the outlets, but maybe at the time we're going through there it won't be too bad. The Lancaster area members could meet-up with you guys along there at a poular landmark like the Dutch Wonderland parking lot. From there, it's only about 20 minutes away to the show.
We should have at least 7 Camaros from the Lancaster area if everybody shows up.
The show starts at 10, so should we get there maybe 9ish or earlier?

Let me know what route you are thinking of taking. If you go route 30 then Dutch Wonderland would make a good place to meet. I think it might be best to go the turnpike since the group is so large. This would make it less likely for people to get caught at traffic lights etc. (plus i think it would be quicker). If you chose to go the turnpike i would say we could all meet at the Sheetz gas station in Brownstown (easy on easy off), or at Kelly Cadillac which is 2 min from the event. The first link I'm going to send you would be your meeting place off Trooper Road to Brownstown sheetz, then to the event. The other link I'm going to send would be from your meeting place to Kelly Cadillac and then to the event.

I think Turnpike and Kelly Cadillac would be best. We can enjoy the day after we get there.

If we leave at 8, then we get there at 9:20 AM. So, I'm gonna put the meet time at 7:30, roll out at 8.

Alex, I think you are spot on!! lets post that caravan route so every one will know. I would say for the people who want to meet up at Kelly Cadillac be there at 9 and roll out as soon as your group gets there!!
