Sorry GQ, in Buffalo on business. Just got off the thruway and to hotel. I got the dealer installed option so I could get the RPO code. But I did paint the "V8" area. The silver is vinyl. I still have the OE one, and would like to get some of that airbrush work I see other members have, maybe even lighting. Maggies coming soon after that.

OH wondering. I painted mine but did use heat paint and it cracked.. dreading sanding and doing it again..
Looked like this at first

Now has wrinkles

WOW GQ. Looks cool. Looks like single stage though. Doesn't seal up as well on plastic.

Thank you Im just a lil annoyed that it wrinkled guessing from heat.. I tried polishing but clear coat smooth its paint under it..

Not to mention that huffer under there, creating a touch more heat than the rest of us!
