Holy Balls Lazzzr! I read that thread before but had no clue you were in NY. Another member needed a completely new tranny, and according to what I just read, East Hills Chevy was very accommodating (that's why I was mistaken Jeff).

And Jk how far out do you go?

Yeah same place not sure which name is correct. BUT if you can get a loaner car from them it's not as painful.

It sounds like the powersteering pump whining. Does the sound change if you turn the wheel from side to side?? The tick sounds like the L-99 tick that some people refer to.

Like an hour and half but I have a house out there .. N service isn't like a weekly thing you know I'll just get things done when im out there

Excaliber I'm not sure, gonna try that tomorrow, thanks for the heads up. As far as the ticking that's pretty normal when you consider how close the camera was to the heads. I never hear any ticking on startup or warm up so I'm guessing whatever ticking you hear in the video is simply due to proximity.

I don't hear any chirping. The only whining I hear is regular power steering pump noise. Pulley doesn't seem to wobble either.
