I'm not on here to diss your company I love your products and you guys are super nice. It's just the matter of testing something for quality or to see if it works like the scanner bar I picked up before you deliver to your customer? I'm sorry but between working 40 hours a week and taking classes full time it's kind of hard for me to keep on playing around with faulty car parts on the side?:(
I understand your frustration and I am here to assist you in any way that I can to get the issue rectified for you. As was stated above; if the side marker is still functional but just has moisture you can open it up, let it dry out, and put a small bead of silicone around the lens.

If you send any product back to us for warranty we generally get the product shipped back out to you the following day.

If you are not familiar with our products this is a complete replacement for your OEM markers and they are painted to match the color of the car.

O and to add too it, yes a lifetime warranty is better than no warranty, but as in the op's case....a big inconvience. She doesn't have her stock lights anymore (prolly had to sell them to recoup some $$$ from those expensive lights that don't work now) and she has to have someone change them for her. Probably has to pay again. So yea, the warranty is great, but why not step up the quality a bit? Or better yet, send her another set so she doesn't have to make two trips to her mechanic, and go without lights. I dont see a problem with that? I feel that she spent ALOT of money for those lights and they should step up and help her out. I think helping her with her down time isn't much to ask. What do you think?

This seems like a perfect example. Three sets of pads in three years. I don't think I like working on anything that much. I'd rather be doing something else. Lifetime warranty is great, but the stuff don't change themselves.

Granted, I modded the inside of mine but I opened them up when I first got them and was very unimpressed with the silicone they used. PM if you want advice but it's very simple to remove these and take them apart. I think it's simpler than changing a tire.

I had a similar issue with one of my LED side markers from AAC but instead of sending the defective sidemarker back and drive without one in the interim, I simply purchased a new sidemarker, waited for it to arrive, swap out parts, ship the defective part back and after AAC received it, I had a full refund on the purchase price (minus shipping).

Easy peasy.

Friday I'm going to disable the light and drive without anything in since I sold my factory ones A LONG TIME AGO. I was talking to my service advisor today and they are kind enough to help me get the moisture out and put some good sealant to protect it from worse damaging. I'm thinking just take the thing out and return it. I love your products but even your blue scanner bar I bought from Camaro Fest was a dud and I still have that also.:(
think about it a box of stuff that dont work.....sounds like alot of $$$ for a cheap product........most after market stuff looks good but dont last, think now you have a camaro missing lights ,I bet that looks sweet!!!

well , evidently you are not a experienced driver, that is 30,000 miles per year per truck...how long do you expect brake pads to last?? 30k on a set of pads is excellent for a 6500lb work trucks ...pads take less than 30 minutes to swap out...for free... the pads are not defective, they are just worn out, but aotozone guarantees them for life...i also have free tires for life from toyota on my tundra work trucks, hassle taking it to toyota for oil changes, but so far i have put on 4 sets of 18,s in 3 years on my main truck and going in this weekend for its 5th set, saving over 4500.00 on buying tires...installing sidemarkers is less than 10 minutes with my dropped razzi kit camaro...someone did not keep there markers for backup was really the stupid thing...so really , this post is about complaining that being inconvenienced for a couple days, waiting for new sidemarker to be replaced for free...correct...stop crying guys,,ANY aftermarket mod with a warranty is gonna take a return part and ship new wait period...

I got my sidemarkers from Showstoppers but from what I've seen, they may be getting them from AAC, I don't know, they look the same with the advertising. I also got the LED tail lights from Technostalgia and in both situations, I kept my original lights for an emergency. Hope it never comes down to it but I had to rule on the side of caution.
