So is anyone still interested in NCC5? Is anyone willing to take charge? I'll handle the shirts and decals.... Or are we just going to jump on with the NorCalCamaro thing that Extreme454 is doing??

I don't want to move any further with the shirts until "we" decide.

I prefer the San Francisco bay area thing. I don't see my self cruising out to Sacramento or other far out norcal areas very often and vice versa for them living way up there. Just my two pennies.

I'd honestly rather do this and i am willing to help any way needed. The other one jumped the gun but i am committed to this one. I like the way this is going and seems to have a more distinct following.

I would jump in with both feet to "run" the club.... But with a baby at home I doubt I would be a wise choice. That being said, I am not so sure we need a "Leader". We seem to do very well having a floating leader, depending on what is happening... Basically an organizer who gives direction when needed and asks for assistance when needed.

I have seen many clubs fail because of the time commitment for 1-2 people. But if we allow the commitment to be fluid, and we support each other, our club will remain strong.

Take a look at the Bakersfield BBQ thread... Lots of communication, cooperation, great results and no one person is "in charge".

Just my opinion and I will always support anyone when possible.

And yes, I still want a shirt or 2!! =)

Good point Jason and I'm kinda thinking along the same lines. Rod likes to coordinate the cruises, you like doing the BBQ get togethers (wash/wax & wrench) and so on...... I just think as a group we need to decide what we want out of it.

Meet and greets, cruises, dyno days, attending car shows, dinners, etc.. Kinda like we were doing it before but with more of an identity.

AND NOT FOR A PROFIT!!!

Where's Jay at? He always some input...

Anyone see norcalcamaros.com lately kinda stealing the show. I know Gary and I are down to float to the Peninsula with other norcalcamaros guys to head to say, hwy1 to half-moon bay or even Monterey etc. And as you guys are saying its to far to come out our way there are plenty of things to do to make it a day of fun. Ask Blakowt or Pyroboy they both drove out and loved it Both Times..just sayin..

Besides this norcalcamaros thing seems to be blowing up....

Ok guys, after going to the Abel Car Show this weekend(had a blast), I was thinking how cool it would be if all the NCC5 members were representing and wearing NCC5 t-shirts... so, I logged on to this thread to see what the progress is.

Before I go in to the shirt thing, I just want to make sure everyone knows what my website www.norcalcamaros.com is all about. My buddy Jason and I wanted a place where we could upload pics of our cars, and share the links with family and friends. As we stumbled through the first few pages, a few new guys we met, with camaros, said "I want my car on the website" and so on, and so on...and it quickly evolved.
On top of that, I'm a sticker freak, and I have my own vinyl cutter and printer, hence the stickers on the site. Any ways, it seems like it all happened concurrently with this thread about t-shirts and a club. I, in NO WAY, was trying to form a club or something separate.

That being said, I'm in for shirts! If I can help, let me know. I use www.imprintswholesale.com quite often, for most of my day jobs apparel, they have that exact same bowling shirt that you guys were looking at. And I use http://www.byoglogo.com/ in Pleasanton for all our printing and embroidery.

I'd prefer t-shirts, but I'll take whatever.

Keep, one thing in mind. Every garment that hits the printer, with a different members name on it, will be another 'set up fee' which will drive up the price, just sayin... personally, I won't want my name on my shirt.

We all need to stick together, two clubs would be silly. I can't wait for someone to organize an Annual NorCal Camaro Car Show, that is so big, it draws from so-cal, Oregon, Nevada, etc. LOL
