Right, What you see being built is the whole house.

The attached carage is on the left side.

NO not in that neighborhood, there's too many houses being lived in... LOL

The porta john is across the street from the house.

Well, damn. Looks like they had to. The front jet of the house kinda prevented them from keeping putting on the right side. And the roof keeps it off the other and the single.

Still will be pretty cool. When I get my new headers, I'm coming to your house.

Yeah, basically in the center... the decision I have to make is, do I get a 4 post with casters so I can move it around the garage, or get a two post the sits dead in the middle and can't be moved.... I'm leaning towards 4 post. More versatile.

No hurricane strapping? My Brother's house that was built around Keystone Heights required a steel rod bolted from the top cap on the exterior walls down and anchored to the slab. Hmmmm.

Yeah framing, roofing and exterior move fast. Everything seems to crawl once they start electical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, flooring and trim.

Oh no, there's strapping.. you can see it inside the garage door openings.

In fact on one they pulled the strap too tight and the concrete footer broke.

My guess is they will strap the ceiling trusses after they are all done. there's still a few small pieces left.

Okay good. My Brother's really stood out when you looked at it and I had to ask what it was for. Your's just didn't pop out at me. Really looking good. Shouldn't every house be built around the garage?
