Newby, Need help pointing out Mods on my car

I bought a Pre owned 2LT RS V6 at 9000 miles.
Unfortunately the dealership did not go into detail on all of the mods the previous owner made. So slowly i have been encountering mods here and there that had i known they were there would have saved me a lot of time. Im too new to all of this so I cant really say what has been done or not.

From what I know:
Rims painted black
RS break Calipers RED
Painted Black Bowties
Black Fuel Lid
Rally Stripes

From what I stumbled upon:
Second Audio Amp on Passenger Side
Under car LED's on front and back. Dont see side ones. Subsequently front one is broken.
missing air deflector(maybe) because the bolt holes are there, but maybe it was removed to add the LED's.

Not sure what else if anything has been done. I wouldnt know by looking.
So any suggestions on some common places to look next for possible additions or subtractions to my car would be much appreciated. One thing I did check was to see if there was a muffler delete, and both still seem to be there. So I guess thats a no. If anything was done with the engine or under the hood i wouldnt be even able to tell.

Engine bay. From a few different angles, and front, sides and back of car. And get down low on the angles too.

update:
things uncovered:
1-second amp installed on right side, controlled the bass, was unplugged now plugged in
2-LED underglow lights, found on front and rear, LED's in wheel well, but system deactivated, switches and plug entries found under steering wheel
3-Catback exhaust system installed.....just found this out. I thought the car just sounded that way naturally.

Im afraid to look under the hood. but that will be my next exploration. See if anything was done in there.

Not trying to be ugly, but you're afraid to look under the hood? I would have done that before even thinking of buying the car! Anyway, my guess is there's probably a cold air intake under there.

They unplugged that bass because it actually sounds better with it unplugged from my understanding from reading other posts on Boston Acoustics premium system. Wondering how much if anything they charged because of mods you were unaware of? Didn't mess with the warranty I hope.

some folks unplug the center speaker on the dash, but it didn't come with any "bass" from the factory, unless you are talking about the MTX system that you can buy from GM.

Ah. I misread then. Just seemed to answer why it would be unplugged.

Why would they unplug the center speaker? This is new to me.

Supposedly it makes a world of difference. If you search the forum, you can find at least one thread and multiple unpluggers who swear by this with the Boston acoustics system. Sorry I pushed this off topic.

i did look on the right side there is a GM/BOSCH device in there. and another device. I will post the pics soon. Not sure if this is MTX, the shop at the dealership described it as extra amp.
