Although it can color change and it looks good and all I think it is limited in it's abilities to go really custom and show. Can it breath one color then strobe another color and drive off with a factory white. I think those products will be for some and a whole new ring are for others but there are great products on both sides so I think the camaro community are the winners

I'm not bashing anyone. Did I make a comment about sharing? Yes, but I did not anything by it. I said it simply as a teasing/poking fun at, if I did offend you (the vendor) I did not mean to. I will more more than happy to remove, cut and edit, and then repost the video. As i state in my OP i am a bit believer in freeware. I completely understand why the vendor did not want to just hand out his process, someone paid him to come up with the process. It wouldn't be right to the member who paid for him to think it up. I however came up with a different method for obtaining the same result and more than happy to explain it to other people.

As for this being in the wrong section, if you believe that this is, then I would suggest PMing one of the moderators and asking them to move it.

However, if you are simply posting to create drama and draw attention to my comment, or if you simply don't like me and are attempting to call me out/make me look stupid or what have you. I just want to let you know that I do not need anyone else's help in looking stupid. I do that perfectly fine on my own

We can all play nice here . I'm not offended by any comments. Were they directed at me yes and I laughter and I commented as a typical Brooklyn Italian would lol. These forums are full of wash women drama as well as good info. I'll be more than happy to share common information to benefit those that ask. Custom info I keep for those who pay for it. It's business and not personal. Weither send me there lights to do it my way or to aac or have steiger do it the end result is some cool camaros, some happy people and more business for aac who I support very much. At the end of the day its all good

Your Italian? Hmm should have figured from your shop being in Brooklyn that you had heritage. My Italian side is all in North Jersey, and to answer your question; yes most of them could be on Jersey Shore

Hey Steiger, sorry to necro an old thread, but i am putting my Halos in this weekend and noticed that after filing down the ridge on the bottom of the backing, it still looks like i can see the AAC halo poking out around the stock halo ring. It looks like where the stock ring "Y"'s right near the bottom is just not going to allow the ring to sit all the way down. Did you encounter this at all when installing? I just dont really want to be able to see the AAC halo from the front of the car with the lights off. I am hoping that as long as I install the Halo tight to the bottom of the stock halo where it "Y"'s it will be un-noticeable when the headlight is back in the car.. Do you possibly have any more pics of a light done up like you mentioned but not powered on so i can see if the same thing happens to everyone with the ring poking out just a bit around the light-pipe of the OEM halo?

No it's not a problem. I can take a pic for you later today. But mine sticks out a bit at the bottom of the OEM halo. The OEM halo isn't a perfect circle so it doesn't line up percent with the AAC halo.

Switch it's not normal just the way Steiger did it. There are other ways. I will not share mine because I was paid to develop it but if you search good enough here you can find it kinda right but good luck with it
