The thrill dies down after about a year. Still, that's a long time.

Just check out my date joined. I'm talking from experience here!

I still spend 30-60 minutes a day checking out all the new stuff posted though. You'll get over yourself soon enough ^_^

I was a little annoyed I didn't join earlier actually! I had been lurking a long time before I joined, probably a month or so after you. Still, you definitely have me beat!

Exactly CamaroSkooter. There it is. I typically have a short attention span when it comes to forums and anything else for that matter. But ever since 2/23/11 when I drove off the lot in my beautiful baby, I've been hooked. I fear this obsession will never end...and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I am the boss and it used to affect my work performance. I stopped a very long time ago posting during work hours because it did truly cause me problems with my business. Now I just wait until I get home.

I'm an addict too! Good news is I am an engineer in a test lab for engines (gas and diesel). We have 30 some odd dynos and engines. So everyone is a gearhead! If it's not me on C5 it's my buddy on a motorcycle forum, or one of my engine builders on a Cummins Diesel forum! I blend in!
