My dealership said they just got their first allocation to order 1 SS this week. I am 11 of 17 at my dealership. Only 10 more to go.

What will happen to all these CTF cars if they won't be crushed?

Having worked at GM for 38 years I can assure you that most of those vehicles you are seeing are not going to be crushed. Yes there are many mules and test vehicles being built. Some must be built just for safety test validations and engineering mules only! Those vehicles can not be sold to the public... and a lot of those vehicles must be crushed!

However, it appears that those shots are some early production vehicles. Ramping up to speed is a very slow and tedious process which takes a lot of time. So the "Official" or actual "Full" time production does take quite awhile to achieve.

It certainly appears that Red and Yellow are the early favorite colors of those production Camaros.

This is weird seeing as how i don't think my order is submitted yet. I changed the interior color on my order like 4 days ago.

Every single one of those cars is a sellable car to the public.
Just not right away. maybe 3-4 months from now.
I posted about this before but GM built 2003 cadillac CTSs in october 2001 and the car went on sale January 2, 2002 as a 2003 model.
The first cars were given to executives then sold 4 months later.
It appears that GM may be trying to get as many cars to the dealers by the April 1 announcement date so that they actually have cars for customers to look at.

Thats about the sickest sight i have seen! love it just wondering i called my local dealer and he told me that V-8s are not being made till mid summer. does any one know if this is true?
on order 2010 2SS RS inferno orange ext. inferno orange int.

More than 1 SS in that bunch. I counted atleast 4 SS in one picture.

so we have now heard from fbodfather and a couple other GM workers now. was anything I said incorrect?
I will let you know that eventually SOME of these cars COULD end up in the hands of the public, but not until after production really begins.. and there would probably need to be extenuating circumstanses involved...
I could tell you how I know this but I was Sworn to keep it a secret.
