Question Oracle dual color light installation for 2011 camaro

I just orderd me the dual red n white halos for my LT camaro. I am not very handy and I am not confident intstalling them on. I live in the Hudson Valley area in NY. If u know of a place that can put these puppies on let me know. Thanks

I was the same way, if you check the oracle website they have a listing of authorized dealers/installers. Was worth the money to have it done and as an added bonus any issues I have with them I can take the car back to the shop and he will fix it or deal with the company directly. He charged me $300 for installation, and the came out great. The guy I went to steamed the headlights instead of baking them to open them up. Hope this helps.

All Oracle products have a lifetime warranty, and if you have one of their licensed installers do the work for you they cover pretty much everything under warranty.

That sounds good. I see at the websites out there when u have dual colors the white light is full and strong n the color light is more dotted.......

I am wondering would it be better just to get the solid red over the dual color ones........But I do want halos so that is why I am leaning towards the dual so I can shine the white color n show off the halos............

You risk being pulled over if you have just the red halos though.

I had the dual green and white, and I did not like them at all. Instead of every LED doing green and white. Its every other one that is green and every other that is white. Makes it look very dotted and not good at all. I switched to colorshift halos man. With the colorshifts EVERY led changes color. Plus AAC has them on sale for less than $300. I do not recommend the dual ones at all.

And, if you only get red, you CANNOT run them on the road, every cop will be on your ass man. Just my 2cents owning both.

Dual:

Colorshift on mine. (much more of a solid color)

http://forums.ny5thgen.com/showthrea...-non-rs-camaro

The above thread is the project we did for a car with only the red halos

at night the white halo will be cool I think although it wont look exactly like the RS

We used a smoke tint also from Big worm graphics on the headlight which I think added a nice touch.

We also painted the halo ring black to make it look a little better,

If you have any questions just PM me and my buddys have done many halos kits for rs and non rs cars

Id be happy to help in any way Good luck

no problem. If you decide on the colorshift, you can pause it on any color also. So, you can run solid red, or green, or white, whatever. But, you will love them compared to the dual color ones i promise you that.

You can always take a ride to a nice place and meet a bunch of guys that also buy AAC stuff and have them installed for FREE and hang out in a very cool family atmosphere and yeah we are the very cool NY5THGEN we also have done tons of AAC halos but with all our members we do them for a simple thank you so check us out we are the largest 5thgen camaro family on the northeast.
