To be honest, I believe this has been the only thread where V6/V8 talk hasn't degraded to nothing but harsh and petty personal insults. Just plenty of good-natured ribbing here & there

what happen to your camaro?

Long story short: They are replacing the AFM lifters in my engine, the heater core valve grumble noise is being fixed and the sunroof rattle is being fixed.

Long story: I went in and they told me there were no rattles in my car when there clearly were and gave me a TSB for a V6 engine. So that makes me uneasy that they are that unsure of what is wrong with my car, but it should all be fine and it will hopefully be back in my hands tomorrow if I'm lucky.

No, I'm just getting a ride to work, I still have then winter tires on it and I need to get them taken off before I will drive it on these crap roads that the government refuses to fix. Not that that really makes any sense whatsoever, but these are brand new winter tires and I want them to last a couple years at least and the 350Z needs a new front bumper due to a little fender bender too so I have to do a few things before it's road worthy. Absolutely fantastic car though I mean the amount of force the bumper can take is amazing. Not that I should brag about that hahaha

i know we are getting off topic, but i am just wondering. because i allmost got a 370z over a SS. and to be honest i might have gotten it if i could do it again. being a 350z owner why didn't you go for the 370z instead of a camaro SS?

It was actually my dad's he never drives it so he lets me drive it during the winter. He got it back in 03', there is a Black Nismo at the local dealership and frick would I love that car, nicest 370Z I've ever seen.

i see. ya there is this white nismo in my area with black rims. i love it, and they are very rare in my area. that why i almost would take one over my camaro.

I did notice the front grill of the 370Z kinda looks like the Miata I believe but they did all the right things with that car. Sorta like the fang's it has I mean.

sure thats a aggressive look, we never said the v6 doesn't have a aggressive look. the SS its just more aggressive looking.

well GM did design the SS to have a more aggressive stances over the v6 models. they cant make the SS and V6 models look exactly the same.

GM is the one who added it ! lol
