Sign Up/What you plan on bringing (June 26th)

Figured it would be cleaner to just make a new post, and I'll update with who's coming and what they plan on bringing so look back at this post to see how many people you may need to cook/buy for. Remember everyone who is going to the car show is invited over. It's only going to be a 10 minute ride from it.

My dad has a medium size? propane grill, obviously not this mega grill that can feed armies but should be big enough to cook the food in a couple of turns.

Anyways mostly just going to be pot luck cookout type deal. We'll obviously need somethings like hot dogs, hamburgers, drinks, chips, etc. I don't want this being to expensive for anyone so if we can all share the load we should be able to keep this fairly cheap for everyone, which will make it a even better time . If you can't bring anything thats fine too I guess.

Directions A:
Turn right out of park, continue on 114. Take left at split (still 114) and continue on Pine Swamp Rd/Diamond Hill Rd. Continue on Diamond Hill Rd you will pass Walnut hill plaza (east) then a Pizza Hut then Walnut Hill Plaza (West) (Stay in left lane of the two lane road). After you pass a DD on your right there should be a turn left lane. Take that lane and you'll hit a light with a Shell Gas Station on your in front of you. You take that left, that is Mendon Road. Continue on Mendon Rd. You will go through two lights. After your second light there will be a church/school on your left. Continue and about 500 feet down the road you will see a big parking lot with a factory. There will be a street after that parking lot. Take that right (Alysworth Ave). Go on that and you'll pass a baseball field, tennis courts, then the entrance to the Woonsocket Area Career and Tech Center. Continue on Alysworth and the first street (it comes out of no where) on your right will be Layfette Road. Take that right. Go to end of the street and take a right (That will be Newland). There is a white apartment building on corner, after that apartment building will be a greenish house. That is my house. If you continue down the road you will hit a dead end. At that dead end is two parking lots, one for a day care center, one for a baseball field. You can park in either without any tickets. Also you can park on the street (there is parking on both sides, just don't block any fire hydrants and you're good), however, people around here have many cars and few spaces in driveway so it might get packed.

Makes it sound like you are bringing hot dog trash cans. "Transportation devices" might be better. Oh yeah we probably should say how many people we shall be bringing, unless you just figure 2 per person.

I can bring Italian sausage and peppers. Pre cooked of cores. Just have to heat them up on the grill.

i can bring a couple of cases of beers .. not too much since we all have to drive after !!!

Could you bring like say bottles of soda and less cases of beer? Or does everyone plan on drinking beers? Edit I can cover the soda if you just want to bring the beer I guess.

If I'm allowed to go, I can also help and bring some extra beverages (of the non-boozey kind )-- since there may be alot of us we might need a bunch.
