silly question, but do you have to remove the hood to gain access? I'm settled in for the night and don't feel like walking out side and looking. My subie had a cabin air filter and I went to home depot, got a HEPA filter, cut to size and bingo bango and for about 10 bucks had enough media to make several filters. Just got my car so no where near time to change it. When I do I'll do up a DIY on it. Basically cut it to size and you can frame the cut sides with tape if you want.
