Is it safe to say that we should figure 2 for each person signed up. Some won't bring anyother others maybe 3 so it should average out to maybe 2. I'm guess its 4 max per person (since thats all our cars can hold).

im ok . with that .. i can then bring 3 cases of 24 .. just in case.. we still dont know how many people is comming after the show in 24 days !!!

I just figured this way we'd def have enough beverages

we'll have plenty of food but, don't want to run out of drinks if there's a ton of people...

doesn't matter to me - I'm still not sure I'm allowed into the boys club :P

If I think of something else to bring I'll let you know....

We will need other food items other than hot dogs and hamburgers. Like maybe a salad, side dishes, etc.

BTW I'll try to see if I can fill in the holes later.

Doesn't have to last the day. I might leave with my dad in his truck and bring the stuff to my house during the show and then come back.

There's cheese for the burgers; condiments and such too.

Maybe a few people can bring some corn on the cob? Then we need some butter...

Just throwing out some suggestions. There are also desserts too...mmmm...
