Hey Sean, any details as of yet for the Transformer movie get together?

I talked to the parade coordinator for the 4th of July parade on Mt. Lemmon. They'd be happy to have us up there in the parade if enough are interested. The parade is at noon on the 4th and lasts less than one hour. Any interest?

I will be talking to my contact tomorrow at Tower Theatres; she was out last week with a family matter. I did stop by Saturday and talked to one of the managers.

Date: Saturday July 2nd
Time: First Show (No exact time yet9:00am---11:00am)
Who can attend: Anyone is welcome, I will work out if there will be a list or just say you are with Tucson Camaro Club. The later would be better.
Parking: We will all park on the Southwest part of the parking lot as a group, any non-Camaro’s can park anywhere else.
Pricing: Not determined yet, I am working on a package deal (Ticket, Popcorn, candy, soda) for around $10.00 or less.

From the email I got from SIR, looks like this Friday is all open Test N Tune...and thats it! But I'm sure they will stage certain types...Gates open at 1800.

I have no recommendations on local car washes. I prefer the satisfaction of doing the job yourself. For soap, any car wash soap from a decent company is good (Meguiar's, Eagle One, Turtle Wax, etc.). Never use a towel to dry the car body...only use a quality chamois. Towels (preferably micro-fiber towels) should only be used to wipe down door/trunk/hood jambs, wheels, etc. For wax, the best parts store wax is Meguiar's NXT 2.0. This stuff is awesome!! Of course there are better brands out there but you pay more. Washing a car isn't difficult....the more practice, the better....and you will be satisfied knowing it was done right!!

Yes, we get there just in time for the oven to be turned on. Wonderful! Should be nice to carry the couch in 115* heat. ha ha. I am from NY so WP winters are pretty weak but I understand what youre saying. lol. Thanks for the well wishes.

Ah it's not as bad as they say. I'm from Duluth Minnesota, land of the froze my nuts off.

Yeah it gets hot, but the humidity isn't nearly as bad as it is in the north or east. So that's kind of a bonus. Plus this area is going to start the rainy seasson with in the next 3 to 4 weeks.


On another note. Any of you into quads? I use to race and I stopped due to the insane amount of money fuel was getting to in 08. So I sold my quad but I just bought another Suzuki LTR 450 at a steal of a price. I'm in the middle of making it ready to ride for my standards.

So if any of you trail ride, just let me know. Maybe we can plan a trip on Ft. Huachuca as the mountians are a blast to rip around on.

I may be able to make it after all. My Sister isn't supposed to be in until around 11 PM.
