Any thoughts and a good front splitter

My 2011 RS\SS2 LS3 gets front end lite at about 130 that progressively gets worse as speed goes up. Does anyone have any experiance with a functional front splitter for the gen 5...

At those speeds I would say that a telephone pole is likely to be the first functional front-end splitter you encounter...if you are dragging the car then fine, but no reason to be going that fast often enough to need a splitter. For looks I like the fesler the best...don't know how functional it is though. You could also consider suspension upgrades for better handling.

+1

Please explain the situation you are driving in that requires prolonged driving at 130+ mph

Take a look at Dale Earnhardts special addition . It's made like last years Cup cars.

It would need to be something like this. http://milemarker-1.com/index.php This is down in S.E. Florida. Lately the airport has been off limits waiting for approval.
Also, Texas Mile.

But 130+ on public streets isn't a good idea.

IVS makes a front splitter, rear spoiler and rear defusor, all designed to work together to suck the car down, wind tunnel tested. I've been in the low 170's and the car is rock solid. Granted if you have the stock suspension, bushings and tires it will help but not enough to inspire confidence for extended high speed driving. If your going to play you need to build a total package.
I would strongly recomend you refrain from driving like that thru traffic, to many idiot drivers to get in your way.
