Molding process for large parts? (Like front bumper)

I have been wondering about how they mold the large parts on our cars like front bumper.

I know for smaller parts they use metal injection molds sometimes, but based on what I read so far it seems like metal injection molding is very very expensive for larger parts like front bumper and/or other body kit parts.

Does anyone know how the molding process for body kit parts works? Especially large parts like front/rear bumper, etc.
It's a little hard to believe the smaller aftermarket body kit company will do expensive metal injection molds(if that's even possible for large parts) for all their body kits....?

agree to disagree? I would say that most auto body kits are a poly-urethane. But I don't really know, I just always see companies referring to their kits as urethane.

I know some kits are fiberglass(which I believe is relatively easier to work with, cheaper, but lower quality) but others kits are urethane(or poly urethane)

I do believe the molding and manufacturing process for fiber glass and urethane are different.

Yea I think a lot of the higher quality kits are made by urethane, I think there are different process for different materials
