I certainly don't want to challenge or doubt Fbodfather here, but I have a sneaking suspicion that not all those cars are CTF cars. I have a feeling that some of those might be pre-orders or dealer cars. Remember, he can't always tell us the true story since he works for GM and some things are confidential.

He also said that he would never lie to us or he would have no credibility... he will only tell us what he can, and if he said those were not dealer cars and all were CTF cars then he is telling us the whole story.

That would be my opinion too.

Think about this...

Isn't it kind of hard for Rick Hendrik to drive car #1 off the production line after paying 350k for it if car #1 is already sitting in the parking lot?
