Ft. Lauderdale show + Fbodfather info!! - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Hey everyone, I was at the Ft. Lauderdale auto show today and had an amazing time finally experiencing the thrill of sitting in a new Camaro. What made my day though was seeing a familiar face standing a few feet away from the car quietly to himself. FBODFATHER!!

I saw him and did a double take then was sure it was him and yelled Scott! I jumped out of the car and shook his hand and we had a small conversation. He is just as nice, friendly, and respectable as everyone else says. Today was his last day there and leaves tomorrow. He misses his yellow car lol, I would too!! There is a small secret about production but I cannot tell! You will all probably know in a few days anyway. It was a delight to meet you Scott and hope I can run into you sometime in the future!

AS FOR MAY 6TH... I understood from Scott, that is a day for dealer unveiling's and as soon as your pre-ordered car arrives at the dealership you can buy it. Thats all I really know as I do not have a car on order, but I would love to see them on the streets.

OK, now I officially feel like an idiot. Oh ye fbodfather, please for give me for thou ignorance at ye presence (sp?).... BTW, I was wearing shorts and a blacK T w/ ''BadAss'' embroidered on the front (don't feel like one now, obviously, LOL).
