Audio Systems in your camaro!

I have two 12s and trying to decide whether or not to put them in my 2011 camaro. I do like the stock speakers but i still miss bumping...haha so im wanting to see how others like having subs(rattles, take up room)?

Upload pictures of your audio system or custom boxs please and thank you

I put in one 12" Rockford Sub, powered by Rockford Amp. Sounds pretty good, but I think I am going to upgrade to something more powerful. I like the single 12" since it still allows me some room in the trunk, but it still needs some more power.

The rattling isnt too bad in the back.

Rockfordfosgate P3 10" powered by 630W amp on the under side of rear speaker deck...Does plenty of bumping for me and I still have trunk space for hauling dog food, beer, bbq supplies and anything else a DD does. No rattles but the rearview mirrow is worthless about 30 on the head unit.

Just finished installing the Sub amp and Mid Woofers and custom boxes I built and all I can say is WOW! Running a recycled Eclispe 33230 630W amp and 2 recycled rockfordfosgates P3 10's in custom made form fit boxes I built after reading what some of you all were building and said " I can build those.Total cost was $200.00 for everything and now I only need to run the stereo 22-28 instead of 34+ The Treble is10+,Mids is 6+ and Bass is at -1 but take it to 6+ and I can't see out the rearview mirror....SHAKY!!!seats shake like a movie theater watching TRON or some other 3-D motion picture. First time at working with MDF and fiberglass and my son said Dad...your wasting your talents working for the Navy if you can do this on a "Wing it" moment. Amp is mounted to the underside of the rear deck on hinges for maint and I can still use 80% of the trunk for hauling food, parts or stuff for the horses. Really Stoked with this Outcome for very little $$$ This was a DIY and the inspiration came from people on CAMARO5 and the NET...Just trying to save $$$ and old parts

Stereo system...

Just starting the dynamat process. This is tedious and time consuming. So far the trunk lid and half of the rear done... Can't wait to do the interior, more room for me to fit! LOL
