Yep,everyone that has a Mustang will mostly buy a new one,not that you meant it that way. It has one of the best return-buyer stats of any car ever made. I'm on my second one and will consider another. It's a great car.
I think the Mustang will still remain sales king,no knock to the Camaro.

i hope they out sell us, i like the fact it will be exclusive the first year. its no fun having a car that the next person can have.

You want exclusive,buy a Challenger,i think they're only building 30-40K a year as opposed to probably 100K each of Camaros and Mustangs......or don't buy a pony car at all,it's not like anyone couldn't afford them at some point,unless it's a Cobra R or some other rare variant.

Maybe not,i bought a bright red '95 Camaro new and even though it was 2 years since the redesign,that car got an enormous amount of attention. In fact,it's been the only car until our '07 Mazda CX7 to have caused such a stir and we've owned everything from Bimmers to Miatas to Mustangs.
I think the '05-09 Mustang was like that,it still feels new to some people and i think the new Camaro will be like that also.

and the Camaro is a mass produced car

I think the mustang will still outsell the camaro but I think the camaro is priced right to take a big chunck of the market from Ford. Sorry guys, but I've always been a mustang guy and currently drive a '99 mustang, but this '10 camaro just looks too good for me to pass up. I'm crossing over to the Camaro, I'm sure I'm not the only mustang guy who has been converted by this camaro.

and i dont think they will have any problem moving camaros,
its obviously the best of the two...
but most stang buyers are ignorant and want a pony car with a low price...imo.
and with the stang still being cheaper, i think it will win.
it doesnt matter to me either way, i will have cammy.
and it will carry a lot more prestige, being the less common of the two reagard less of the sales numbers for the next few years, Ford has flooded the streets with them for 7 years

GM has some awesome products the new Malibu,Traverse,New 2010 Equinox and many many others so we know the have some awesome quailty. Now they just need to get the public to believe in them and with time they will. The Camaro will be the king.

lets hope that GM can stay in business long enough to fill all the orders
