Well, I guess the first question is what is your budget? Second question would be are you going to get high flow cats or straight pipes?

lol great question! Luckily I get summers off so I picked up a lil job to add some new toys to my car...budget wise I'm just looking for a real quality product, so as long as it's not over 2k I'm interested. And I'd like to go high flow cats.
I like GTAHVIT's setup though, not to copy you lol but what did you end up paying altogether?

For that, ARH would be my #1 and Kooks #2. Dont forget, you will need a tune.

Yeesh... tough question.

I had everything done at Tom Henry... so I don't remember... I had Tom get me LTs, High flow cats, 3" X-pipe. and I did THR mufflers. Necked down to 2.5"

I think you cat get a ARH kit for less than 1800. And I'd be willing to help you install em if you want to DIY.. Save you some install money.

I would be more then happy to help also. Not very hard to do at all and makes for a great BS session. Speaking of which, Chris we need to catchup sometime.

I got the ARH kit (Headers, cats and x pipe) at Auto Agenda for $1675 shipped. I put the Borla S axleback ($550 shipped) from Maryland Speed and a billet tunnel brace on at the same time. A buddy helped me do the install. Took an afternoon to complete. Easiest header swap I've ever done.

Going the diy route also gave me the opportunity to treat my neighbors to a taste of what the LS3 sounds like with open headers. That was so sweet. Of course it didn't hurt that 2 of them were standing in the driveway when I fired it up. They wanted to see what it sounded like as much as I did. I only wish I'd thought to get out the camcorder before I fired it up.
