I have a rock ship on the front fascia, I noticed when I washed Penny last night. What should I do to fix this? I also made a mistake and got a bit too close to the garage door and scuffed the very tip of the front bumper. I feel like an idiot having hit the door with my car, but I really touched it just enought to scuff the paint.

Will touch up paint work for both of these issues?

took dad for a late fathersday trip to his favorite national park and lodge for lunch and he swung the door open and scuffed the door edge(grrr) against another car. held it in and didn't let him know it made me mad. he did acknowledge it later on and sort of knew it made me mad but on a day like this what can you say? it is a little rough but not chipped out. will sand it out with light grit sand paper tomorrow and buff it out. luckily it is where it will blend in with out it being obious. just wish people were more careful with such nice things.

one more thing, in the pic below there is a clear plastic guard on the outter edge of the door but it is nearly invisable, in pictures you have to zoom way in to pick it up. might put one on the passanger side now

I had one similar to that, same spot, not quite that bad. I got some touch up paint from the dealer and put several coats on and you cant even tell it was damaged. Just be very precise with the touchup paint, don't get it on the painted surface, let it flow out to the edges of the chip.
