... biojack...

I think you made a good decision going with the RS package (I'm currently shopping for a 1LT/RS too).

You'll absolutely want to put a high-quality, dedicated winter tire on the car starting in November. The Pirellis are summer tires and will not be effective in snow or cold temperatures. I do the same thing with all of my cars and have never had an issue driving in the winter. I think there are a couple of threads in the forum where members have discussed winter tire and wheel packages and they can probably give you some pretty effective feedback on their choices.

Enjoy your car and don't forget to post some pics !!

Going into the RS package, I am still piecing together exactly what I want to order on m 2LT. Love the HID, break lights, and exhaust on the RS package, but do I have to get the bigger rims? I'm going to be using for lots daily driving ( don't have the $$ for a "fun" car like some of you on here whom I envy) but I put a lot of miles on my car every year. Other than the tires, I'm sold on the RS package!

Just for reference (I am sure it is posted on here elsewhere), the model comparison summary is below. There may actually be a newer version of this available on here, on the Chevy website or even at your dealer.

Guys, always remember to check into any applicable discounts-ask your dealer. They may be able to give you supplier pricing & that would pay for half the diff in $ of a 1LT vs a 2LT!!

I bought a 1LT w/o the RS package in April and am now regretting it. Anybody know how much it would cost to get the package now? I really want to change out the lights!

you want to add it to your car? im not sure a dealer can do that.. it would require new rims/tires, different tailights, a bolt on spoiler, roof molding, and then the halos. im sure if you only want the halos though a dealer would probly do them for you at a price..
