Vinyl wrapped my engine cover...

Ordered a couple different styles of the 3M 1080 brushed metal vinyls (brushed aluminum and brushed steel) as well as some chrome vinyl for the 6 accent areas between the center and the sides.

Kinda hard to photograph but you get the idea...

that does look good... do you think that the heat will affect the glue?

When they apply it to a cars exterior they use a torch or heat gun so I think this should be just fine. I know there were a couple other people who had full wraps or decals that have held up. I also left the insulation on the underside.
