L99 and Pulstar Spark Plug
Forgive me if this subject has been covered, but I was wondering what the opinion is on the use of the Pulstar Spark Plug (http://www.pulstar.com/index.htm) with the L99 engine and the active fuel management system.
Do you think the design of this plug would effect the AFM? Thanks. |

Stick with Delco, but they'd be fine at least there made in the states.

Spark has nothing to do with the AFM components.
I wouldn't trust that product to do what it says it does. Sounds like a tornado charger and other such snake oils. |

If you are modding, lots of ls1 guys are running ngk tr55's. Only problem is they burn out within 10k-15k miles, so you need to pull a couple to check regularly. General rule of thumb is if you add forced induction, or n/a about 100hp over stock, you need to move down a heat range to a cooler plug. |

The bottom line is as long as you have enough spark to start combustion you don't need any more. Regular plugs work fine.
